Rupi assists the Director of Strategy & Partnerships to deliver projects within the directorate, helping to develop project plans, support project reporting and engage with project stakeholders and working closely with the finance and RIV team to help prepare performance/finance reports (dashboard) for the leadership team and Board of Trustees. Rupi has a background in financial analysis, reconciliations and reporting in two major financial institutions and moved to the not-for-profit sector in 2011 where she worked for the Alzheimer’s Society for the Southwest London Locality.
Alongside this, Rupi volunteers twice a week on the helpline for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide offering peer support to those who have been bereaved by suicide. She studied at the University of Derby and has a BA(Hons) in Business Management.
