
He supports the Work team’s aim of ensuring people aged 50+ have access to good quality work by providing meaningful evidence and data on employment and older people. Alongside this he manages evaluations of Ageing Better’s work programmes, including the Age-Friendly Employer Pledge.
Henry has a background in social research, designing and delivering mixed methods research projects and evaluations across work and welfare policy areas. Most recently he worked at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, delivering research into volunteering and voluntary sector.
Henry joined the Centre for Ageing Better in January 2025.
