Rebecca manages the Supporting Disabled Older Workers and Redundancy Support projects, as part of broader influencing to improve employment and skills support for people aged 50 and over.

She is passionate about making employment and skills support work for over 50s, ensuring the voice of lived experience plays a key role in shaping better services and experiences of support.

Rebecca has a background in supporting places to take age-friendly approaches, with experience in both the public and third sectors. In her previous role at Ageing Better, Rebecca worked as part of the Localities team to help inspire, connect and support members of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities. Prior to Ageing Better, Rebecca worked as part of the Greater Manchester Ageing Hub, supporting the delivery of the Age-friendly Greater Manchester programme.
