What is an 'Age-friendly Culture' and how do we know if we have one?

In this webinar we'll be covering what shapes an 'Age-friendly workplace culture' and exploring the main areas where ageism may show up in your workplace. Based on the research work of the Centre for Ageing Better and the Age-friendly Employer Pledge, this session will help you think about the culture you have and the changes you might need to make to be more age-friendly.

We'll be joined by Lucy Standing from Brave Starts to talk more on the importance of culture in supporting older workers to continue to grow and thrive, and we'll be talking about the role of leadership in building an Age-friendly culture from the top down.
