Welcome to the resource page for the Mid Life Review (MLR) toolkits. We are delighted your organisation is participating in the pilot programme and look forward to your feedback on the toolkits.
On this page you will find links to three toolkits, each designed for a different audience. Please familiarise yourself with them, download the tools and add any organisation-specific information or tailoring required.
You are then invited to share the toolkits with the employees and line managers/mentors who are participating in the pilot programme.
Project Leader / MLR Lead Toolkit
This is for you - the person responsible for the Mid Life Review project within your organisation. It will help you to launch and embed MLRs for this pilot programme and beyond. It contains an Introduction to Mid Life Reviews, a Business Case for MLRs and some case study examples. It also contains a checklist tool for you to use, and some example survey and evaluation questions.
