The Wellcome Collection’s new free exhibition will open on Thursday 26 March in London.
The exhibition features more than 120 artworks and objects, including historical artefacts and works by contemporary artists including John Coplans, Serena Korda, Suzanne Lacy, Anna Maria Maiolino, Rory Pilgrim, Paula Rego and more.
The Centre for Ageing Better is delighted to have been involved in the development of this important exhibition with our Research, Impact and Voice team working closely with the Wellcome Collection exhibition team.
Our team discussed our State of Ageing findings and shared infographics from our authoritative report as well as providing insights from our own work on the issues posed by, and experienced by, a growing ageing population as well as fact checking a number of statistics used in the exhibition.
