You'll hear from Involve about how they created the Age-friendly Engagement Toolkit and what they learned from speaking to councils and VCSE organisations already doing this work, and how they've turned that into a comprehensive resource for organisations at any stage of looking to start or deepen their engagement with older residents. You'll learn how to use the guidance, tools and templates in the toolkit, as well as hearing stories from places already doing the work, and older people who have seen the benefit of these approaches being adopted locally.
Attendees will also have a chance to contribute questions in the Q&A.
