This evaluation examined why employers join the Pledge, what they do after signing, what drives or hinders progress, and how age-inclusive practice is beginning to shape older workers’ experiences.
It draws on a survey of 78 Pledge Leads, in-depth interviews with 21 Leads, focus groups and interviews with 45 HR specialists, managers and older workers, and evidence from national stakeholders.
