Justin oversees the Centre for Ageing Better’s work to develop impactful research, policy and influencing programmes focussed on age-friendly work, employment, homes and communities. A member of our senior executive team, he helps ensure we focus on delivering our overall strategic ambitions and leads our work to understand and track our impact.
Justin joined Ageing Better in November 2019 having previously held a range of leadership roles in local government and the integrated care system in Surrey. Justin has 20 years’ experience working in both local government and the NHS and has led a range of partnership programmes of work including securing the health and care devolution agreement for Surrey Heartlands; designing and implementing new partnership arrangements; and the development of a system-wide strategy for health and wellbeing
