Our in-house evaluation of the Steps to Your Goal employment support pilot. The pilot, developed by Centre for Ageing Better following an extensive co-design process and delivered by Triage and HealthFind, supported people over 50 in Middlesbrough looking to find work. 

This interim report focuses on the mobilisation and early delivery of the 50+ strand of the Support to Succeed programme being delivered across Greater Manchester. 

This toolkit is aimed at commissioners of employment and skills provision, who want to create and commission services that work better for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond.
