Caitlin supports the Ageing and Inequality team by ensuring their work reaches the right people, from parliamentarians to local government officers and third sector organisations. She supports the development of influencing plans and activities such as roundtables and launch events and helps the Centre to develop relevant and timely policy recommendations.
Prior to Ageing Better, Caitlin worked at think tank Centre for Cities where she ran the Centre’s events and led policy development for public transport and devolution in Scotland. She also spent time working in Japan in the local government and tourism sectors and worked part time at Scotland’s Regeneration Forum during university.
