Head of Age-Friendly Employment
Elaine is our Senior Programme Manager for 50+ Work, overseeing all our projects and influencing to improve the quality and accessibility of employment and skills support for people aged 50 and over.

Elaine also leads on our work with local government, developing ways to support the improvement of services and sharing our insights at a regional level. This includes our work with Greater Manchester Combined Authority, focusing on developing and evaluating new models of engagement and employment support.  

Elaine has held various roles in employment and skills across the public, private and voluntary and community sectors. She is experienced in delivering support programmes, designing provision for marginalised groups and in building partnerships to help shape services.
