Nazia works with colleagues to support the design, commissioning and delivery of specific programmes and projects.

Working with a variety of stakeholders, Nazia is responsible for the ensuring effective programme management across specific programmes and projects. Her work involves focusing on projects that deliver change at the local level through service redesign, innovation practices and evaluations.

She brings significant learning and experience from a decade spent in the Welsh social housing and charity sector. With experience in strategy development, engagement, EDI, governance and policy development, Nazia’s passion lies in listening to people and making things happen.
