As Media Manager, Neil is responsible for growing Ageing Better’s profile and relationships across national, regional, trade and broadcast media.
Neil oversees the production of newsworthy media content including press releases, statements, comment pieces, and feature ideas to further Ageing Better’s powerful messages around challenging ageism and creating greater opportunity and fairness for older people. He has worked in communications for the past five years and joined Ageing Better following a successful period working in the University sector. He strongly believes in the value of communications to advance positive and progressive change.
Prior to working in communications, he spent a decade as a journalist, primarily reporting on local government and politics.
Neil joined Ageing Better in May 2022.
