Nish supports teams across the organisation in the delivery of impactful and efficient projects. She also works with our lived experience network to ensure they have meaningful engagement with Centre for Ageing Better and that lived experience is at the heart of our work.
Before this, she spent six years working in Impact and Delivery for the LGBTQ+ charity, Stonewall. This has provided her with in-depth experience of project managing and delivering a range of events and projects to help organisations create a more and inclusive and accessible workplace.
She is passionate about inclusion and tackling inequalities has understanding and experience in supporting and raising awareness for marginalised identities especially with an intersectional focus.
