“Every new built home should be accessible for everyone and we must improve the woeful condition our existing housing, ensuring all homes are safe, hazard-free and well maintained.
“The issue is becoming ever more important. By 2041, there will be around 10 million households headed by someone aged 65+, an increase of 54% from 2016.”
