We know that traditional employment support provision has not worked for people in their 50s and 60s. Based on our engagement with those delivering and accessing services, as well as a review of existing evidence, we have developed a range of practical resources aimed at supporting those delivering frontline services.
Our guides and bank of case studies of support are aimed at frontline employability workers, employment support providers, community organisations and commissioners. Through sharing the knowledge gained from working with stakeholders and jobseekers, we hope to provide information that will help individuals when reviewing practice and bring about change when developing services. These guides are applicable to tailored 50+ support as well as all age all age-inclusive programmes.
We are keen to grow our bank of international case studies of employment. If you would like to submit details of provision for inclusion in our bank of case studies of employment support please email [email protected]
