We welcome Dan Jones as Director of Innovation and Change

With more than 20 years’ experience in public and social innovation, Dan will be responsible for the Centre for Ageing Better’s approach to innovation and change and will put in place the systems and capabilities to help the organisation select, assess and fund initiatives that will have the greatest impact. He will work closely with Anna Dixon, Chief Executive, and Catherine Foot, Director of Evidence.

Most recently, Dan was Director in the Innovation Lab at Nesta – a charity that works to increase the innovation capacity of the UK – where he oversaw programme work on inclusion and mobilising citizen engagement. He was also responsible at Nesta for the Centre for Social Action Innovation Fund, which focused on scaling innovations to deliver public services in more impactful ways. Prior to that, Dan managed a multi-million pound innovation fund for Christian Aid.
