Ploy supports the effective management, delivery and communication of projects to promote innovation and evidence-based practice across our priority areas.

Ploy supports senior functional and programme colleagues in scoping, commissioning and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and reporting to ensure the quality of our innovation and change activities.

Ploy joined Ageing Better in January 2019. She previously worked at The Prince’s Trust, a UK youth charity that helps young people aged 11 to 30 get into jobs, education and training, where she was a National Outreach Manager. In this role Ploy provided advice and support to regional/country teams and supported the management and delivery of national strategy projects.
