Senior Programme Manager, Age-friendly Employment
Tracy leads on the development and delivery of our Age-friendly Employer Pledge programme

Tracy leads on the delivery of our new Age-friendly Employer Pledge, developing plans that support Ageing Better to reach employers at scale and way of working that engages employers, in a positive way, to sign up to the pledge.  Tracy also ensures Ageing Better is learning from employers about their needs, and will be developing the pledge in line with that learning.

She's worked in the voluntary sector for over 22 years, providing front line support, managing and developing new services and more recently delivering large scale programmes of work.

Tracy's always been driven and motivated by improving the lives of others and enjoys the variety (and challenge) that working in this sector can bring.

She's delighted to bring her skills and experience to this new, and important, piece of work.
