A quarter of over 75s are now using tablet computers and nearly half (48%) of internet users aged 65-74 have a social media profile.

So it seems by the dictionary definition I am a carer. That’s weird as I don’t see myself as one – it’s just what I do for my husband.

People aged over 75 are just as likely to volunteer once a month as people aged 16-49. We think it’s time to focus on older volunteers too.
