Lauren supports Ageing Better’s wider public affairs, communications and influencing work, with a particular focus on homes. Her role includes developing and delivering robust evidence-led influencing plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and influencing decision makers to build homes today for all our tomorrows.
Lauren previously worked for Prostate Cancer UK, the UK’s leading men’s health charity where she worked in policy, campaigns and media. Lauren was heavily involved in award-winning campaigns which saw the introduction of a number of crucial new treatments for people with prostate cancer, as well as reforming the national appraisal system for end-of-life drugs in Scotland to better take into account the patient voice.
Lauren joined Ageing Better in July 2020.
