Louise leads the Research, Impact and Voice team who are responsible for ensuring our work is grounded in evidence, shaped by the voice of lived experience and is focused on achieving impact.
Louise works across all our action areas to help maximise our impact and oversees our work to address inequalities. Louise leads the Research, Impact and Voice team who are responsible for ensuring our work is grounded in evidence, shaped by the voice of lived experience and is focused on achieving impact.
Louise has a background in health and local government strategy, policy and programme development, implementation and evaluation, working in the UK, US and EU. Most recently her work has focused on the development of health and care partnerships, promoting mixed-method approaches to system integration.
Most recently Louise worked for the NHS South East region, leading their Community Services transformation programme. Louise joined the Centre for Ageing Better as maternity cover in February 2024.
