Partnership Manager – Leeds
Joanne supports the partnership between Leeds City Council, Leeds Older People’s Forum and the Centre for Ageing Better.

She leads on the partnership between Leeds City Council and Leeds Older People’s Forum. This is a five year partnership to improve the quality of later life in Leeds. Initial priorities for the partnership, which Joanne will support, are community transport, housing and how older people contribute to their community.

Previously Joanne worked with Alzheimer’s Society on a ‘health as a social movement programme’. She also worked for Age UK Yorkshire and Humber managing healthy ageing programmes and initiatives for isolated and lonely older people with long term conditions.

Joanne joined Ageing Better in October 2017.
